What your solar warranty covers and how to submit a claim

Unlike most installers, we don’t think the job’s over once the installation is done. It’s our after-care support that sets us apart, and gives you peace of mind for years to come.

Without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we offer a “25 Year Workmanship Guarantee” – our warranty for any defects in the work carried out by our qualified installation technicians.

As a family-run business, we believe in treating our customers like family. We won’t sell you more than you need. We’re fully transparent. And we’ll still look after your system, years after its installed because we’re here for the long-term.

Installation Warranty

The 25-year workmanship express warranty covers and defects in the work carried out by our qualified installation technicians. It does not cover system componentry or manufactured product, the performance of the panel, inverter or battery. These will be covered by a separate product warranty.

Where the workmanship express warranty does apply, Arkana Energy, at our discretion, will either repair or replace any fault caused by workmanship with a comparable product or solution so that the workmanship component is no longer faulty.

No refunds or replacements under this warranty statement will be provided for change of mind.

Limitations and Exclusions of the 25-year workmanship warranty

  • Any loss or damage caused by improper use of the product or service;
